As designers, we are part of an ecosystem: a community of practitioners, the design-curious, and design advocates. We share a love for what design can be by exploring critiques aimed at realizing what's possible. This workshop is intended for all members of the design ecosystem interested in shifting their design practice towards justice, mutuality, and community.

For 2 hours we'll be together as a community of practice. Facilitator Sloan Leo will guide you through 3 sketching exercises and 2 discussion moments. You will leave with:

- A visual representation of your community

- An illustration of the core elements of your practice

- A personal commitment plan to advance your practice
