Then Community Design for Leaders: Strategic Planning Edition a 3-month (6 sessions, two hours each) strategic planning intensive for mission-driven leaders is right for you!

This course covers the fundamentals of community design and will help you build a catalyzing, durable, and effective strategic plan. Each session will leave you better positioned to lead.
